Who I Am:
Hi, I’m Janine Gosselin – founder of Accrual Reality and a results-driven accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in corporate accounting, financial reporting and strategic consulting that helps entrepreneurs build clarity, structure and momentum. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business.

What Drives Me:
I’m passionate about leading and mentoring accounting teams and streamlining processes across departments that support executive decision making. Beyond the numbers, I’m a Certified Called to Lead Trainer – bringing a purpose driven approach to leadership that empowers business owners to build strong, collaborative partnerships and lasting success.
